Refund Policy
HotForecast is a no-commitment subscription — the fairest policy is the one you never need: cancel in 1 click, no future charges.
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains when and how refunds work for the HotForecast subscription (9.99 € / month), operated by [Company legal name].
1. Cancel anytime — stop future charges
You can cancel your subscription at any time in one click, from your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation is effective immediately: no future charge will be made, and your daily videos continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
2. Digital content delivered daily
Because HotForecast is a digital service fulfilled daily, each monthly period covers videos generated and delivered specifically for you. Payments for the current month are therefore non-refundable once the period has started, except in the cases listed below.
3. When we do refund
- Billing errors: double charges or charges after cancellation are refunded in full, no questions asked.
- Service failure: if we fail to deliver videos for [X] consecutive days for reasons on our side, we refund the corresponding days pro rata.
- Mandatory legal rights: nothing in this policy limits refund rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.
4. European Union — right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. For a subscription that starts immediately, you may expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge losing this withdrawal right once the service is fully performed; otherwise, withdrawing within 14 days of the initial subscription entitles you to a pro-rata refund. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your subscription email. [Confirm final wording with your legal adviser.]
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within [5–10] business days, depending on your bank.
6. Contact
For any refund or billing question: [email protected] or via our contact page.
